250 g yoghurt | |
½ teacup of olive oil | |
10 g dry yeast | |
1 teaspoon of salt | |
1 tablespoon of sugar | |
3 cups of all-purpose flour |
1. | Mix the yogurt with the oil. |
2. | Add the salt, sugar, flour and yeast. |
3. | Mix very well and let the dough rest for half an hour in a warm place. |
