
| 250 g yoghurt | |
| ½ teacup of olive oil | |
| 10 g dry yeast | |
| 1 teaspoon of salt | |
| 1 tablespoon of sugar | |
| 3 cups of all-purpose flour |
| 1. | Mix the yogurt with the oil. |
| 2. | Add the salt, sugar, flour and yeast. |
| 3. | Mix very well and let the dough rest for half an hour in a warm place. |
| 4. | We can use it for anything we want. |
