Execution

.In a suitable container, pour the amount of tahini you want and add 3 parts lukewarm water.
.The ratio is 1 part tahini to three parts water.
.Increase the heat and until the mixture starts to boil, stir constantly, so that it dissolves well and does not stick.
.Then lower the heat and let it simmer for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
.Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to settle, for the tahini pieces to settle and the oil to rise.
.Then strain the liquid with a strainer, rinse the tahini remnants with a little hot water, strain this with the rest of the juice and keep it for each use.
.Discard the remains of the tahini.
.This liquid-tahini water can be used for any food and sweet eating, i.e. oil-free, in cases of economy.
