Ingredients

Execution

1.From the day before we do the preparation.
2.The next day, in a suitable container, add all these ingredients, washed and finely chopped.
3.Add enough water to almost cover them and bring them to a boil.
4.Once they are boiled (optional) add the pasta, stirring to avoid sticking and let them boil for 10´ minutes.
5.When ready, lower the pan.
6.Take 2 kilos of tahini and slowly dilute it with as much soup stock as needed from the pot.
7.Add as much lemon juice as needed, salt and then slowly pour it into the cooking pot, stirring so it doesn't separate.
8.Finally, add the chopped dill, mix and serve while it is still warm.

10.The same soup can be made with tomato paste instead of tahini.
11.The tahini can be added directly to the pot after boiling, with great care, a little at a time and stirring constantly so that it doesn't cut and you get the same result.
12.It can also be made oily without tahini, perfect.
13.The same soup can be blended with a blender until it thickens well, but without the pasta. In this case, when serving, add a few croutons to each plate.
