2.Pick green olives, wash them, crush them one by one and place them in clean cold water for 8-10 days to allow them to sprout. The water is changed daily, 3 times a day.
3.After rinsing, drain them and place them in brine with 8-10% salt. To give them a better taste, add lemon slices or other aromatic plants such as oregano etc. to the brine or make them vinegary by adding aromatic plants.
