Ingredients

1 kg, various vegetables, e.g. peas, potatoes, carrots, medium courgettes, aubergines, peppers, etc.
3 dried onions or 5 fresh (green) onions, finely chopped
light beer, drink
Flour, while it lasts
Salt

Execution

1.Βράζουμε για λίγBoil the potatoes, carrots and peas for a while (not to melt, just to hold them).ο (όχι να λιώσουν, απλά να κρατάνε) τις πατάτες, τα καρότα και τα μπιζέλια.
2.Once boiled, grind them in a blender plus the pumpkins raw.

5.Then add the beer, the flour and knead well.
6.If porridge comes out, spoon it into the pan and fry.

8.You can also bake them in the oven at your leisure.
