½ kg feta cheese of your choice | |
½ kilo of headcheese | |
½ kilo of oil | |
½ kilo of flour | |
15 eggs | |
2 packages of yoghurt | |
2 packets of baking powder | |
herbs, oregano, parsley, mint, dill |
1. | Blend all the ingredients together. |
2. | Spread on a suitable baking pan or form individual burekas or form small loaf-like sticks. |
3. | Bake at 180o c for at least ½ hour. |
4. | It is deliciously eaten hot and pleasantly cold. |
