1. | In a large pot, add the appropriate amount of water and salt. |
2. | When it starts to boil, add the pasta broken in half or whole. |
3. | Stir to prevent them from sticking together. |
4. | After 10´-15´ minutes they will be boiled. Care must be taken because the boiling will continue until they cool down. |
5. | Remove from the heat, drain in appropriate strainers, rinse and stir in cold water to loosen, cool and remove the excess starch. |
6. | After drying, pour them into a dava. |
7. | Previously we have prepared the mixture in a similar dava. |
8. | Boil all the ingredients except the parsley and tahini. |
9. | In the end, make sure that there are not too many liquids in the mixture. |
10. | Once off the heat, add the tahini slowly, like a thread, stirring constantly. |
11. | Add the parsley and pour the mixture over the pasta, stirring well to coat it all over. |
12. | Cover with a cloth and not with the lid of the dava to prevent them from getting muddy. |

15. | You can completely skip the symbolism and add the above ingredients finely chopped but boiled a little, except for the herbs, which we add raw, so that they can be eaten. |
